Returns & Faulty Products
We carefully select and handle our products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product you believe to be faulty, please retain the product, securely re-cork or recap the bottle, and contact us on +356 7713 6792 or at vlatko.pafinho@gmail.com.
Our team will assist you in assessing the issue. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange for its collection and offer a replacement or refund upon receipt.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
